It’s widely accepted that education is essential to having a successful future. Even just before he became President, Barack Obama spoke about the need to make education a priority. Many important people are focused on increasing scholarship opportunities and improving education. College expenses continue to boost even as the economy slumps. Scholarship packages rarely cover the full amount for tuition, books and housing. Sadly some students turn away from greater education due to the fact it’s too high-priced. Single, working moms are a large section of this group. More education helps single mothers obtain on their jobs and take care of their families.
